Eligibility for Returns
We want you to love our products, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note: once the clear seal on the box has been broken we will not accept a refund.
Timeframe for Returns
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to proceed.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Timeline
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
