Cavitation
Fat Loss and Cellulite Reduction
Cavitation is a non-surgical method of reducing cellulite and fat. The treatment applies pressure on fat cells through low frequency ultrasonic vibrations. The pressure is strong enough to make the fat cells break down into a liquid form. Your body then naturally flushes out the fat through your lymphatic system over a 12 week process.Ultrasound cavitation is most effective at treating larger areas of fat and can help you lose inches, with visible results after one session. If you are looking to target small stubborn areas of fat you would be more suited to our Fat freezing treatment.

Aftercare
- The treatment is non-invasive and requires no recovery time or any pre/post treatment preparation. You can get back to work immediately following the procedure.
- Some clients may experience slight redness.
- Try to drink 2 litres of water per day to stay hydrated and help flush the fatty acids out through the lympathic system.
- Exercising regularly helps metabolise and burn off the released fats and drain fats into the lymphatic system. We recommend at least 30 minutes of cardio after treatment.
- Avoid alcohol. A major problem with alcohol is that it turns to sugar, and then fat relatively quickly. It also preoccupies the liver with the flushing out of toxins, rather than helping flush out released fatty acids.
